A little about the journey in general
We traveled for 6 months – from July to December 2023. The traveling party consisted of my husband and I and our 3 children aged 6, 9 and 11. We chose the route based on our interests and financial ability and of course on the basis that we could travel as much as possible by train. Before departure, we had booked all accommodations on booking.com or Airbnb.
